  • Export Manager (INTERNATIONAL PET INDUSTRY TRADE)
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • The basic and the most important step is to identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential Distributors and Importers from different countries
    • To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
    • To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities
    • To constantly review Foreign Company Distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management
    • To look after the whole process of Export Documentation to avoid any mistakes in preparation and processing of documents from relevant channels like Customs, Airlines, Shipping Lines, Issuing authority of Certificate of origin or any documents required to be issued from any recommended authority.
    • Must carefully monitor the processing of orders and check that the distribution is running smoothly and that everything is on schedule. When the product has finally been delivered, you might have to deal with any complaints or queries that occur.
    • Export Manager must ensure to submit Export documents in bank for negotiation / discounting or dispatch to Buyer's bank for getting the shipment payment or its acceptance timely. Besides this he has to also handle regulatory bodies involved in Export business for audit purpose.
    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
    • Any graduate
    • Minimum 3 years experience in Pet Industry Exports
    • Good Experience in International Trade
    • Good relation with Importers of Pet Industry in USA, Canada, Japan, Germany, China, Asia etc
    • Finding importers / exporters in new countries
    • Follow up export of pet product and complete target in time duration
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop new client relationships
